We express our deepest regret and sincere remorse for the unauthorized use of image and video materials belonging to our former contracted adult performer. We acknowledge that these materials were used without the performer’s full and lawful consent, and we accept responsibility for the distress, professional harm, and personal violation this has caused.

This matter has since resulted in a formal legal dispute, which is currently before the appropriate court of law. We respect the judicial process and are fully cooperating with all legal proceedings as both parties seek a fair and lawful resolution. While the matter remains ongoing, we remain committed to accountability, transparency, and corrective action.

We deeply value the dignity and rights of every individual who has worked with us, and we regret that in this instance, we fell short of the standards and trust placed in our company.

MAINZ, Germany — A German court has blocked the Rhineland-Palatinate Media Authority (MA RLP) from forcing telecom providers based within the court’s jurisdiction to cut off access to Aylo-owned adult sites Pornhub and YouPorn.

In a press release issued Thursday, the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Justice revealed that the Administrative Court of Neustadt an der Weinstraße has upheld lawsuits filed by internet access provider 1&1 and by Aylo, opposing blocking orders issued by the MA RLP.

The MA RLP ordered DNS blocking of the sites in April 2024, on the grounds that they did not have sufficient age verification systems in place to prevent minors in Germany from accessing adult content, as required under the country’s Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media (JMStV). Aylo and 1&1 filed lawsuits in response.
